He currently holds the position of Associate Professor at the Institute of Business Administration IBA, University of Dhaka, which is recognized as the number one business school in Bangladesh. In addition to his teaching responsibilities, Mr. Noman has a wide range of professional roles and achievements that reflect his dedication to education, innovation, and business development. As the former Chairperson of the Management Consultancy Program MCP, BBA Program, and IBA Computer Center at IBA, Mr. Noman played a pivotal role in shaping and overseeing these programs. His commitment to executive education is evident through his role as a Course Administrator for programs such as Managerial Communication for Professional Success MCPS and Competitive Business Strategy Innovation CBSI. These courses have become pioneering initiatives in the executive education sector of Bangladesh, offering valuable insights into communication and strategy for business executives. Md. Ashikuzzaman is a highly accomplished English Language Trainer with a Cambridge CELTA certification and over a decade of experience in developing and implementing comprehensive training programs. His expertise spans across IELTS, spoken and written English, Business English training. He has had a significant impact in both government and private sectors, having overseen training staff for government medical colleges and one of the country's largest private training providers. Md. Ashikuzzaman holds a teachers' training degree from Arizona State University and serves as a teacher trainer. Throughout his career, Md. Ashikuzzaman has held various academic positions, including Adjunct Faculty roles at Independent University, Bangladesh (IUB), University of Liberal Arts, Bangladesh (ULAB), Southeast University (SEU), and State University of Bangladesh (SUB). He has taught a wide range of English courses at the university level, showcasing his versatility and expertise in the field. Md. Ashikuzzaman's educational background is equally impressive, with a CELTA certification from the University of Cambridge and a Masters in International Human Resource Management (MIHRM) at United International University. He also holds an MA in English Language Teaching from Jahangirnagar University.
